Qualifications
0-3 years of post-graduate professional experience, including high-end residential projects and Construction Document production and coordination
Bachelor or Masters of Architecture degree from a NAAB-accredited program
Proficiency in BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite
Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills
Commitment to design excellence and rigorous attention to detail
Legally authorized to work in the United States without work visa sponsorship
Primary Responsibilities
This role reports to the Project Architects and Senior Project Architects.
Support the project team in the development of the design and production, organization, coordination, thoroughness, and accuracy of the virtual building model and all documents in the drawing set
Communicate and coordinate with project team, consultants, contractors, and agency officials
Work with the project team to produce presentation materials for client and agency presentations
Evaluate design for consistency with studio standards during Construction Document and Construction Administration phases
Perform material, product and systems research in preparation for project specifications
Solve problems on site, working with existing field conditions
Compensation And Benefits We hire carefully and for the long term. We offer a competitive compensation package including a 401(k), health, vision, and dental insurance, paid vacation and sick leave. The annual base salary range for hiring this position is currently $70,000-85,000. A final compensation offer will be based on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, and education as assessed during the hiring process.
