Job Description This position requires a Wisconsin‑based developer or someone willing to relocate within 30 days. The role focuses on developing front‑end and back‑end web applications, performing unit and smoke tests, reviewing code, and providing production support. The developer will work with .NET MVC, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server, DB2, Oracle, and may modernize mainframe COBOL applications.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain front‑end and back‑end web applications.

Analyze requirements, write clear technical documentation, and participate in code reviews.

Implement authentication and authorization (OIDC, Okta, Azure AD).

Write custom SQL, perform unit and smoke tests, and support production systems.

Use TDD and automated testing practices.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and assist junior developers.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or 8+ years experience).

8+ years of full‑stack development using .NET MVC with C#.

4+ years experience implementing OIDC in .NET web applications.

8+ years experience writing custom SQL and working with SQL Server / DB2 / Oracle.

4+ years experience with OIDC, Okta implementation, and authentication/authorization.

4+ years performing unit and smoke tests, and 5+ years using Git.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Test‑Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing.

Dataflow and structure modeling.

Azure DevOps / TFS.

Knowledge of VB.NET and ASP.NET Web Forms.

Experience with front‑end frameworks: Angular, React, Vue.js, Blazor.

Experience with Crystal Reports / Telerik Reports, Kendo UI, and CI/CD pipelines.
