Reporting to the Sportsbook Manager, you will be the face of our retail operation. By providing a high level of customer service to both regulars and novice bettors, you will ensure everyone feels welcome. As an expert in our menu of sports betting options, you will advise and answer customer questions to help them make informed, responsible decisions with their wagering.

What You Will Do
Provide a top‑tier level of customer service that encourages repeat visits.
Ensure adherence to all rules and regulations set by the company and the gaming control board.
Become familiar with our betting options and discuss them with customers.
Resolve customer disputes/complaints and escalate to the supervisor when needed.
Collaborate positively with teammates and leadership.
Complete all required paperwork/documentation in compliance with company policy and gaming control board standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need
Flexible availability.
Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, Internet, etc.).
Minimum of one year of cash‑handling experience.
H.S. Diploma, GED, or equivalent (preferred).
21+ years of age.
Pass a background check.
Ability to obtain a gaming license from the Gaming Control Board and other jurisdictions if necessary.
High level of customer service.
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Professional appearance.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to perform simple math.
Adherence to all compliance requirements set by the company and Gaming Control Board.
Physical Requirements
Stand for extended periods.
Lift, pull or push 25 lbs.
Write for extended periods. Twist, bend or reach without significant limitation.
