What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Write, edit, and update legal resources in corporate law and M&A
Maintain and develop expertise in corporate and M&A topics, ensuring content reflects current legal developments
Collaborate with other editors on content planning, production, and peer review
Assist with sales demonstrations and marketing initiatives, including webinars
Support product development and innovation in legal technology, including AI-based tools
What is Required (Qualifications)
Juris Doctor and current license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
Minimum of eight years’ experience as a corporate and M&A lawyer
Significant expertise in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions
In-depth knowledge of Delaware corporate law and relevant case law
Strong writing, editing, and technical drafting skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience using AI-based legal technology tools
Familiarity with drafting and negotiating M&A agreements
Curiosity and interest in expanding proficiency with AI in legal applications
Excellent command of grammar, punctuation, and plain English
Strong collaborative skills and a positive attitude
