Marketing Operations Project Manager This role is perfect for someone who thrives behind the scenes, loves clean data, and brings order to fast‑moving creative and marketing environments.
Responsibilities Dashboards, Tracking & Analytics
Clean up and organize all Marketing Graphly dashboards.
Build GA4 customer‑journey dashboards.
Clean and improve tracking within Wicked Reports.
Organize and improve tracking in Meta + YouTube (in collaboration with developer).
Track marketing expenses including software, contractors, and education.
Systems, Tech & Automations
Set up Keap automations for new funnels and campaigns.
Audit and improve email automations across funnels with the copywriter.
QC all new funnels before launch to ensure accurate tracking, automation functionality, and error‑free execution.
Support paid media operations by assisting with ad data entry and ad uploads (until responsibilities transition fully to the Media Buyer).
Project Management & Workflow Ops
Migrate existing marketing projects into Asana and standardize workflows.
Manage ongoing marketing project tracking and task flow within Asana.
Build new‑hire and contractor onboarding flows in partnership with Company Ops.
Content, Creative & Asset Management
Maintain the video production asset library, ensuring everything is organized and accessible.
Build a complete video production flow for both raw and completed assets.
Oversee organization of all marketing assets—including brand files, design assets, and content libraries.
QC and schedule promo emails for accuracy, brand alignment, and execution timing.
Documentation & SOP Development
Create and maintain the marketing SOP library in collaboration with departments and the Director of Marketing.
Maintain structured documentation and organized digital records across Google Drive, Sheets, and Slack.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years experience in marketing operations, project management, RevOps, marketing tech, analytics, or a similar operations‑focused marketing role.
Experience with:
Graphly (dashboards & reporting)
Keap (automations, CRM, tagging, tracking)
GA4 (analytics, customer journeys)
Wicked Reports (tracking & attribution)
Asana (project management & workflow design)
Meta + YouTube ad platforms (basic tracking & structure)
Google Sheets (data, tracking, reporting)
Slack (internal workflow coordination)
Strong organizational and systems‑thinking skills.
Excellent attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Clear, timely, professional communication—written and verbal.
Proven ability to build structure and order in fast‑paced environments.
High reliability, ownership mentality, and comfort working independently.
