Director, US Marketing HCP – TGCT

Location Hybrid: required onsite 2 days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday) or more depending on business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead HCP strategy and develop tactical plans for key market‑shaping and branded activities, determine budgets, timelines and metrics for program success to ensure brand launch success in collaboration with cross‑functional partners
Partner with sales training and sales leadership to optimize the development and utilization of personal materials and ensure materials are appropriately rolled out to field teams
Work cross‑functionally to develop and execute Field Sales Launch and Plan of Action (POA) meetings, ensuring team alignment and field force readiness
Engage with the global marketing team to ensure alignment and appropriate US pull‑through
Collaborate with broader oncology marketing team to ensure strategic alignment and execution across the SpringWorks rare tumor portfolio
As a member of the Core US Launch Team, support ongoing US Launch Readiness Review meetings
Develop and execute marketing strategy for HCP congresses and scientific meetings, sponsorships, and KTL expert meetings at medical conventions focused on solid tumors and TGCT
Coordinate activities for HCP congresses including leading cross‑functional planning meetings, logistics management, and execution of event sponsorships, symposiums, exhibit development, conference material development and print fulfillment
Work with Insights & Analytics and Strategic Engagements teams to gather market insights, monitor competitive landscape, and provide input into forecasting
Develop and execute full‑year HCP advisory board plan to support business needs
Oversee the development and execution of speaker bureau and other peer‑to‑peer educational programs directed at HCPs at congresses, lunch and learns, dinner programs, and digital executions
Partner with digital agency of record to develop and optimize non‑personal promotional content and collateral that aligns with market shaping and brand needs
Work with internal and external partners to define success metrics and analyze performance of marketing programs on an ongoing basis, ensuring plans are optimized as needed to improve impact, and develop recommendations for future plans
Monitor and ensure all Medical Legal Review (MLR) processes are followed, and all programs are compliant with MLR guidance and corporate policies
Lead partner agency relationships, workflow, and related expense budgets
Own HCP marketing budget

Role Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree (business or related disciplines)
MBA or other advanced degree preferred
8+ years (or 5+ years with advanced degree) proven experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry brand marketing
Prior in‑line or equivalent HCP marketing experience, with 2+ years in a product manager role strongly desired
US product launch experience
Proficient in digital marketing and media tactics directed towards HCPs
Oncology and/or rare disease experience preferred
Understanding of US Oncology landscape including Community Oncology and Academic Oncology dynamics, GPOs, Payer landscape, Specialty Pharmacy stakeholders
Experience across multiple promotional channels (Personal, Non‑Personal, Patient Marketing)
Management experience preferred
Strong communications skills and track record of effective and influential presentations to external and internal stakeholders
Driven to be proactive, strategic and innovative
Ability to lead projects and make key decisions without day‑to‑day oversight
Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance environment
Possess strong business insight skills, as role is responsible for managing budgets, timelines, processes and procedures
High ethical standards and personal integrity
20% – 30% including overnight stay
Compensation and Benefits The expected salary range for this position is $165,000 – $230,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance.
