Key Responsibilities
Lead development and execution of customer‑centric marketing strategies to drive engagement and loyalty
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted campaigns

Set the strategic direction for customer marketing
Develop and manage the customer marketing budget
Oversee marketing programs including email campaigns, social media promotions, and customer events
Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness
Manage the customer journey and ensure a seamless experience
Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Lead and inspire a team of customer marketing professionals
Set clear goals and objectives for the team
Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends
Collaborate with creative services
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies
Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles with a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team
