About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team. They will bring the core marketing skills, a client-facing mindset, and the confidence to take ownership of projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be a driver in turning marketing activity into qualified opportunities for sales, taking initiative in following up with inbound leads, nurturing interest, and ensuring a smooth transition to the next stage. This person will demonstrate the ability to think critically, communicate clearly, and anticipate next steps. They thrive in a collaborative environment, absorb feedback quickly, and are comfortable sharing learnings post-campaign. Success in this role comes from combining a hands‑on approach with strategic awareness: understanding how daily actions impact broader goals and continuously improving processes to support team efficiency and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Marketing Manager to maintain the marketing calendar, scope campaign costs, allocate resources, and ensure projects stay on schedule.

Communicate progress proactively, identify bottlenecks, and help keep internal and external contributors aligned and accountable.

Drive lead generation initiatives by managing the full lifecycle of marketing leads, from data collection and campaign tracking to qualification and follow‑up.

Manage campaign tracking in Salesforce and Pardot, monitor engagement and conversion trends, and analyze results to inform future strategies.

Take ownership of lead movement by ensuring timely follow‑up, clear documentation, and actionable insights that inform strategy.

Prepare and analyze campaign performance reports and marketing performance metrics.

Assist with department budget tracking, and ensure marketing activities align with strategic objectives.

Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including crafting compelling content, designing templates, segmenting email lists, and analyzing performance metrics.

Plan and coordinate webinars, trade shows, product launches, and sales events.

Manage registrations, communications, and post‑event reporting to capture insights and opportunities for improvement.

Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns, collaborate with external digital marketing teams, and optimize paid search and display advertising campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.

Maintain and update marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and sales kits, coordinating with Product teams to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Develop creative assets such as graphics, videos, and infographics, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audience.

Maintain and update website content using WordPress (or similar CMS) to reflect active campaigns, SEO best practices, and user experience standards. Identify and recommend areas for optimization.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

3-5 years of experience in a Marketing support role

Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (Pardot) or similar software

Strong communication, organization, and project management skills. Self‑motivated and able to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance.

Experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe InDesign a plus

HTML, JAVA & CSS web development skills are a plus (preferably WordPress experience)

Proficiency on all Microsoft Office products (especially Excel)
