Marquee Brands is seeking a Senior Manager, Content & Social Media to power the day‑to‑day execution, planning and global distribution of social‑first content. This role fuels the brand’s digital presence, driving cultural impact, sharpening voice and building an engaged community across every platform. You’ll bring speed, clarity, and creative energy to how the brand shows up in sports, style, and culture worldwide.
Working closely with Marketing, PR, Creative and external partners, the Senior Manager will lead content flow, manage daily posting, build an ambassador program and deliver social‑first campaigns that push the brand forward. This is a highly collaborative, hands‑on role for someone who thrives in fast environments, anticipates opportunity and knows how to turn culture into content.
Marquee Brands owns and manages a portfolio of established global brands across consumer products and channels from luxury goods to sports and active apparel. The team focuses on driving organic growth through natural brand extensions, impactful marketing, and direct consumer engagement, ensuring brands continue their storied success while staying true to their founding message.
Responsibilities
Lead the day‑to‑day content engine: planning, producing, scheduling and distributing social‑first storytelling across all platforms.
Manage and own the full global social calendar, ensuring timing, coordination and alignment with brand, product and campaign moments.
Concept, develop and assemble content, video, imagery, short‑form edits, copy and live moments that reflect the brand’s energy and edge.
Oversee daily posting, optimization and community engagement to keep channels active, responsive and culturally tuned in.
Manage global content distribution, providing markets with ready‑to‑use assets, guidelines and execution plans.
Build, launch and manage an ambassador program that brings together creators, athletes and cultural leaders tied to the brand’s values.
Partner across Creative, Marketing and PR to develop social‑first campaigns that move quickly, hit hard and deliver impact.
Identify cultural moments, emerging trends, talent and platform shifts, mobilizing content in real time to keep the brand ahead of the conversation.
Track performance metrics, synthesize insights and shape recommendations that elevate the overall content strategy.
Support production logistics, budgets and workflows for efficient and high‑quality delivery of all social initiatives.
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing within sport, lifestyle, streetwear or related categories.
Proven ability to manage high‑volume content calendars and daily social execution across multiple platforms.
Strong storytelling instincts with hands‑on experience concepting, shooting and editing short‑form content.
Deep understanding of platform best practices and the creator ecosystem, especially Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
Experience working with athletes, creators, musicians or ambassadors.
Highly organized and detail‑oriented with strong communication skills.
Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, culture‑driven environments with shifting priorities.
Proficiency in social analytics tools (Dash Hudson) and a data‑informed approach to optimization.
