As
Growth Marketing Manager
at Courier Health, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing strategies and campaigns to generate demand and pipeline growth across our target accounts. The right candidate will have proven experience developing and managing account-based marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline impact.
Responsibilities
Build and manage multi-channel campaigns, including email, digital ads, direct mail, paid social, and events, tailored to account segments and buying stages.
Partner closely with Sales to develop and align personalized campaigns, messaging, and outreach strategies.
Leverage AI technologies to personalize campaign efforts at scale.
Test and iterate on new channels, campaign types, and messaging, driving continuous optimization based on data.
Work internally and externally to design and deliver compelling, targeted assets (including case studies, landing pages, email nurtures, sales enablement materials).
Work with Marketing Operations to track and report on performance to leadership, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
Qualifications
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS or healthcare tech; startup experience a plus.
Hands‑on experience with marketing automation & CRM platforms (ideally HubSpot) and/or ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate strategy into clear, engaging messaging.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, early‑stage environment, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution.
Comfortable collaborating across teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

The annual salary range for the target level for this role is $130,000‑$150,000 + equity + benefits, including medical, dental, and vision.
