Plan, script, and build engaging learning artifacts for external testing staff and internal support teams
Create visual elements like graphics, exercises, videos, and assessments to enhance learning experiences
Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Captivate to develop training content
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of training materials
Explore and pilot new technologies to improve workflow efficiency and learner engagement
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital learning program design and creation
Expertise in authoring and publishing systems, including Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Captivate
Proven ability to develop complex learning materials and multimedia solutions
Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience providing digital learning to K-12 educators
Familiarity with instructional technologies and learning management systems (LMS)
Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in digital learning
Experience with Vyond for multimedia content creation
Proven ability to build relationships and influence others in a collaborative environment
