Purpose The Marketing Data Analyst supports the Sales & Marketing Department by coordinating projects aimed at maximizing company profits and driving sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
Job Description DIGI America is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Data Analyst to join our growing marketing team. This role will focus on tracking, analyzing, and reporting marketing performance across digital platforms to help connect marketing efforts to real business results. This includes experience working with AI technologies to provide more efficient data analysis and digitized marketing initiatives to optimize processes and insights. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to measure campaign effectiveness, Tradeshow ROI, optimize ad spend, and provide insights that guide future marketing decisions. This position is ideal for someone with a technical and analytical mindset who wants to grow into a data-driven marketing professional.
Duties and Responsibilities Campaign Tracking & Reporting
Implement and manage tracking for Google Ads, email campaigns, and website performance through Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and UTM parameters.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to track inbound leads in Salesforce, ensuring all marketing inquiries are properly tagged, assigned, and measured against sales outcomes.
Competitor & Market Analysis
Conduct ongoing competitor research across digital channels, social media, and trade show participation to identify trends and growth opportunities.
SEO & Web Analytics
Monitor keyword performance, website ranking, and organic traffic to ensure DIGI remains visible for key product terms.
Performance Dashboards
Build and maintain Excel dashboards that visualize key metrics like ROI, conversions, and lead sources.
Partner with the creative marketing team on data insights that inform campaigns, content strategies, and event planning.
Skills
Marketing experience, preferably in digital marketing, analytics, or demand generation
Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and UTM tracking to measure campaign performance
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems (HubSpot, etc.) for data entry and lead tracking
Strong understanding of social media and digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads)
Comfortable analyzing campaign metrics and translating data into actionable insights
Basic understanding of SEO principles and website traffic sources
Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
Proficient in Excel for tracking performance data
Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal reporting and collaboration
Eagerness to learn and grow within a marketing analytics or strategy-focused role
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of marketing experience (internships or early-career roles welcome).
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Interest in data-driven marketing, campaign measurement, and digital optimization.
Excellent attention to detail and curiosity to learn new marketing technologies.
