Our Network Observability solution is an industry-leading SaaS platform that provides deep, end‑to‑end visibility into the internet, cloud providers and enterprise networks. We give the world's largest companies the necessary intelligence to diagnose performance issues that lie outside their traditional monitoring tools—whether it’s a configuration issue, a cloud provider degradation, or localized user experience issues impacting SaaS applications. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Messaging & Positioning:
Define and own the core product narrative, positioning, and value proposition for our Network Observability platform, differentiating our internet intelligence capabilities. Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Ownership:
Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies and launch plans for major product releases and feature updates. Technical Content Creation:
Create high‑impact, technically accurate content (e.g., solution briefs, white papers, competitive battlecards) that resonates with Network Ops, SREs, and IT leadership. Sales & Partner Enablement:
Arm Sales and Partner teams with the training, tools, and competitive intelligence needed to effectively position and sell the solution. Market Evangelism:
Serve as a product evangelist, representing the product at industry events, webinars, and customer engagements. Qualifications
BA/BS degree required 12+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing, specifically within the Enterprise Networking, Network Performance Monitoring (NPM), or Observability/SRE tooling space. Demonstrated understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, routing, latency, and path analysis) and modern cloud/hybrid architectures. Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies for technically complex products. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences (from engineers to executives). Strong analytical skills; comfortable using data to inform messaging, track performance, and justify strategic decisions. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment. Experience presenting to executive leadership teams and building cross‑functional consensus (Product Management, Engineering, Sales). Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $123,800 - $198,000. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
