Manager, Public Relations & Corporate Communications
As a Manager, Public Relations & Corporate Communications, you translate strategy into measurable outcomes across PR, organic social, awards, and internal communications—elevating thought leadership, supporting launches, and strengthening our reputation with clients, media, and talent.
What You’ll Do
Lead integrated earned campaigns (PR, social, awards, internal comms); set objectives, define KPIs, report outcomes
Build PR plans; craft proactive reporter pitches; manage media inquiries; track coverage and quality
Own the content/editorial calendar across channels; ensure cadence, coherence, and brand voice
Produce crisp internal/external communications; uphold clarity and compliance
Monitor social trends/analytics; optimize content and workflows with data and automation
Drive awards strategy end-to-end—identify fits, secure approvals, draft differentiated submissions, track results
Project manage thought leadership (case studies, The Scoop, insights) from ideation to publication
Support crisis/rapid response logistics; monitor sentiment and elevate per plan
Liaise cross‑functionally to support launches and growth initiatives with communications
Maintain dashboards for PR/social; turn insights into recommendations and next steps
What You’ll Bring
4–6 years in PR/corporate communications across PR, social, content, internal comms
Data literacy: define KPIs, read dashboards, and convert performance into action
Leadership influence: mentor juniors, align stakeholders, drive decisions with clarity
Storytelling excellence: creative/business writing, editing/proofing, narrative development
Proactive media relations: angle development, reporter relationships, measurable coverage
Awards savvy: identify high‑fit opportunities and craft standout submissions
Omnichannel operations: calendar design, channel best practices; WordPress familiarity; Google Analytics awareness
Project management: organized, detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven in a fast‑paced environment
Tools: Excel/PowerPoint/Word; social platforms; CRM/list management awareness
Collaboration and executive‑level communication skills

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $70k to $140k. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
