Job Summary Cullerton Group is seeking a highly skilled
Digital Content Specialist
to support content operations, taxonomy management, and SEO strategy for a major eCommerce platform. This role involves writing, reviewing, and optimizing product content; managing large-scale datasets; and coordinating closely with product teams to ensure content accuracy, alignment, and usability. The specialist will also support multilingual content workflows, assist with translation QA, and ensure smooth integration of processed content into internal systems. This position is ideal for someone who excels in data-driven content creation, cross-functional collaboration, and organizing complex content ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Create, edit, and optimize product content including titles, short/long descriptions, and metadata
Manage product imagery, taxonomy alignment, category updates, and content structure improvements
Pull, analyze, and visualize data using
Excel , producing graphs, charts, and reports for stakeholders
Support translation workflows, including linguistic QA and validating large post-processed translation files
Collaborate with product teams to standardize product categorization and improve user experience
Perform SEO tasks including keyword research, meta creation, competitive analysis, and best-practice optimization
Participate in cross-functional projects, managing content initiatives from concept through completion
Work with PIM systems and structured datasets to prepare content for bulk imports and system integration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with
5–7 years of related experience
3–5 years of experience writing
web or technical content
Experience managing website taxonomy and large-scale text/data files
Proficiency with keyword research tools and SEO optimization techniques
Experience with a
Product Information Management (PIM)
system
Strong Excel skills and ability to create presentations and visual content summaries
Background in digital marketing, copywriting, or content production
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in construction, industrial, or related technical fields
Familiarity with translation and localization workflows, including termbases and translation memory systems
Ability to work cross-functionally with product groups, developers, and content teams
Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee content initiatives independently
