Strategic Development: Formulate and execute a pan‑sectoral private markets‑focused conference strategy and implementation plan, encompassing budget management, stakeholder engagement, and comprehensive tracking via Salesforce. Event Design and Delivery: Architect and deliver a portfolio of high‑impact UK and European events that align with commercial goals and meet the elevated standards expected by stakeholders, clients, prospects, and business influencers. Performance Optimization: Enhance tracking and reporting of conference activities through Salesforce, focusing on generation of commercial opportunities, lead creation, and navigation of prospects through the sales funnel. Content Collaboration: Develop compelling content, particularly for social media, that amplifies conference participation and reinforces our position as an industry thought leader. Budget Management: Oversee conference and events budgets with a strategic lens, ensuring compliance, maximizing value, and maintaining highest quality standards. Complex Project Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of conferences and events concurrently, navigating logistics, executive event creation, and meticulous budget and Salesforce tracking to ensure accurate ROI assessments. Onsite Leadership: Serve as primary point of contact and “front of house” representative, welcoming guests and providing strategic support to sales teams during events and conferences. Your Profile

8‑10 years of strategic event planning experience within the B2B sector, preferably in private markets. Exceptional project management capabilities, adept at transitioning between tactical execution and long‑term strategy. Pro‑active stakeholder management and ability to set clear strategic directions and expectations for delegates, freelancers, venues, and vendors. Meticulous attention to detail, proactive troubleshooting, and adaptive thinking in high‑pressure situations. Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to senior leadership and external stakeholders. High degree of autonomy, taking initiative and ownership of projects while driving results aligned with strategic vision. Advanced stakeholder management skills to engage cross‑functional teams and influence senior leadership. Positive collaborative mindset that inspires and motivates team members and stakeholders.
