Key Duties:
Represent lenders and creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcies, including debt restructuring, workouts, and settlements.
Handle creditor rights disputes, such as lien priority, fraudulent transfers, and adversary proceedings.
Advise on bankruptcy strategies, risk management, and litigation in state and federal courts.
Conduct due diligence, negotiate plans of reorganization, and pursue recovery for clients.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in creditor's rights and bankruptcy law.
Georgia Bar admission required.
In-office in Atlanta (non-negotiable).
Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $165K–$210K, commensurate with experience. Comprehensive benefits package—including health, dental, and vision coverage.
