Qualifications

A&D / Discrete Manufacturing experience. (not Public Sector)

A minimum of five (5) years prior professional consulting or equivalent business process industry experience

At least five (5) years of hands‑on systems configuration experience within your given SAP component

Successful completion of at least three full life cycle implementations of S/4HANA v2019 or later

Experience as a Value Stream Lead involving a US deployment of an SAP S/4HANA global design with localization

Specific SAP component configuration and deployment experience

Define and lead the UX design strategies for across process areas, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs.

Continuously research and stay up‑to‑date on the latest UX design trends and technologies, influencing the future of user experience.

Successful completion of the rollout and localization of a global template
