Responsibilities / Impact

Drive the regional vision and operational strategy, setting standards for ABM excellence and mitigating long‑term regulatory risk by localizing global strategy.

Establish local enterprise‑wide collaboration framework between Marketing and Sales Leadership, driving joint initiatives.

Define comprehensive partnership strategy, leveraging relationships to solidify EQS’s position as a market shaper.

Set standards for experiential marketing excellence, driving strategic external engagement through major event negotiation and design; oversee all Events Team execution for the region.

Define thought‑leadership strategy using webinars as an executive‑level communication channel; personally host and moderate high‑impact webinars.

Co‑define regional performance marketing strategy, providing strategic feedback on advanced channel optimization and delivering long‑term budget forecasts.

Provide strategic local input on global content campaigns, ensuring localization for sales, product, and regulatory needs (in coordination with Head of Content & Product Marketing).

Own the pipeline reporting framework, developing and presenting complex executive‑level insights for CMO and senior leadership.

Translate regulatory and competitive developments into actionable strategies and narratives, providing essential local input to central leadership.

Maintain regional budget strategy through forecasting and performance tracking, delivering insights to Head of Field Marketing.

Qualifications

8+ years Field Marketing or senior B2B experience in an enterprise environment, with measurable regional pipeline and GTM success.

Expert in ABM, event, and campaign best practices across the region.

Define high‑level Marketing/Sales collaboration framework and processes for the region.

Act as trusted moderator for strategic content channels such as executive webinars.

Drive adherence to departmental standards for project management, ensuring procedural integrity.

Own data integrity, driving data‑led marketing strategy and methodology.

Fluent in English (C2), able to negotiate and present at executive level.

Drive global alignment and act as primary executive representative for cross‑functional coordination.

Identify with EQS’s mission and use it to guide strategic decisions.

Ensure compliance with system usage standards, provide MarTech guidance, leverage data for regional strategy; knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, On24, 6sense is a plus.
