Responsibilities
Overseas Market Strategy Development and Execution: responsible for developing and executing brand communication, user acquisition, and growth strategies for the Agent Marketplace in target overseas markets (with a focus on North America, Europe, etc.), achieving continuous and healthy growth in brand visibility and user scale.
Omnichannel Marketing Promotion: Plan and lead integrated online and offline marketing activities, including but not limited to:
Content Marketing: develop and produce high-quality content that caters to overseas audiences' preferences (blogs, white papers, case studies, videos, etc.) to establish thought leadership.
Social Media Operations: deeply operate key social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Reddit, etc.), plan interactive activities, enhance community activity and brand favorability.
KOL/Community Collaboration: identify, establish, and manage relationships with overseas tech industry Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), developer communities, industry media, podcasts, etc., to expand brand influence.
Partner Ecosystem Expansion: proactively discover and build partnerships with potential overseas partners through joint marketing, creator collaborations, API integrations, etc., to jointly develop the market.
Market Insights and User Growth: closely monitor market dynamics, competitor strategies, and user needs in overseas Agent, SaaS, developer tools, etc., continuously optimize the user registration, activation, retention, and conversion funnel.
Cross-cultural Communication and Collaboration: work closely with product, technology, sales, design, and domestic teams to ensure accurate transmission of overseas market information and effectively incorporate overseas user feedback into product optimization. Possess excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
Position Requirement Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Business, Communications, Computer Science, or related fields.
Work Experience
More than 5 years of experience in overseas market promotion, user growth, or brand operations.
Must have successful hands‑on experience in promoting and growing users for SaaS, Agent, cloud computing, developer tools, or technology platform products overseas (especially in the North American market).
Have cases of successfully expanding overseas markets from scratch or significantly increasing market presence.
Core Competencies
Experience with KOLs and Partnerships: possess mature capabilities in selecting, negotiating, managing, and evaluating the effectiveness of KOLs; have successful experiences in expanding technical ecosystem partnerships.
Strong Content and Community Operation Abilities: skilled in creating high-quality content that aligns with the overseas context and can effectively operate online communities.
Data-driven Thinking: proficient in using data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, able to guide decisions based on data insights.
Growth Hacking Mindset: deep understanding of user growth models (AARRR), possessing an innovative experimental spirit.
