Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems.
Manage renewals, track services, and coordinate with vendors.
Facilitate account setup and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Support sales and finance teams with approvals, invoicing, and payment tracking.
Organize client folders and maintain project documentation.
Build product knowledge to assist with client needs.
Qualifications
2–5 years in account coordination, client services, or customer support (IT, AV, hardware/software preferred).
Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick learner for new software.
Positive, professional demeanor; team player.
AA/BS/BA preferred; high school diploma required.
Must pass background check.
