Job Description We are currently hiring a
Marketing Analytics and Data Solutions Co-op
in the Boston Seaport Office. This is a 6‑month co‑op, running from January 2026 to June 2026.
The Marketing Analytics and Data Solutions team helps to inform brand strategy by evaluating marketing campaign effectiveness and developing and maintaining reporting capabilities.
What You’ll Brew
Assist in data analysis tasks for our Brands, such as creating charts and graphs and writing key takeaways under supervision.
Access and analyze data directly in Ad Platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
Assist in cleaning data (Excel, SQL, or Power BI) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Work on special projects assigned by the manager (e.g., campaign wrap‑up reports, report redesigns).
Work closely with our Media Agency and other external vendor partners to coordinate measurement and in‑market testing.
What Ingredients You’ll Bring Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a 4‑year bachelor’s degree in data science, analytics, marketing analytics, or marketing.
Self‑motivated.
Detail‑oriented.
Ability to juggle an array of tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
Power BI (or Tableau) experience.
Intermediate SQL experience – ability to write and optimize queries, build views, and troubleshoot data pipeline issues.
Pay In accordance with pay transparency laws the rate for this role if hired is $18–$20 an hour.
