Core Responsibilities
Convert high‑quality, pre‑qualified leads into satisfied clients
Create detailed site measurements and professional 2D/3D design renderings
Present compelling design concepts to prospective clients
Prepare comprehensive proposals and close sales
Maintain ongoing relationships through strategic follow‑up and referral development
Network with contractors, architects, and industry professionals
Expand business through relationship building and referrals
Focus on What You Do Best Our experienced project managers handle all construction oversight, allowing you to dedicate your time to design and client relationships.
Essential Experience
2–3 years in outside sales and design
2–3 years in construction or project management
Background in home improvement industry preferred
Bonus qualifications: Landscape design, architecture, pavers, or synthetic turf experience
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, SketchUp)
CAD software experience (Arcsite, etc.)
3D design software (Lumion, Vizterra, Google SketchUp)
Personal Qualities
