Paid Media Strategist (Remote US) - Future Opening
Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency that specializes in SaaS and tech companies. Using our Customer Generation methodology, we focus on generating SQLs and actual customers rather than traditional MQL metrics, delivering paid media, SEO, performance creative, and video strategies that drive measurable results.
This role reports to the Associate Director and is a critical member of the Paid Media team. The Paid Media Strategist will work directly with enterprise SaaS clients, leading the full campaign lifecycle from strategy to execution, and ensuring we meet and exceed our clients’ SQL targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts
Serve as direct support to client contacts
Communicate weekly with vendors and operational partners to align on tasks, quality, and improvements
Drive referrals through client relationships and your professional network
Build quarterly strategies for clients
Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across multiple channels
Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions
Confirm lead routing accuracy within a CRM
Leverage programmatic campaigns to add value
Manage personal productivity and utilization to meet internal and client goals
Work with the Associate Director to ensure all objectives are achieved
Execute and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer
3+ years of experience in a performance/digital marketing agency
Prior work with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting
Deep expertise in paid search and paid social, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Strong understanding of PPC principles and campaign optimization
Ability to analyze data with Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or similar to drive decisions
Track record of measurable results with mid‑market or enterprise accounts
A unique perspective on delivering value for SaaS businesses
Excellent strategic storytelling and data presentation skills
Highly competitive, curious, and a true problem solver
Organized, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Quality‑obsessed with a passion for advertising excellence
Will travel to clients approximately once per year as needed

Base salary range: $70,000–$95,000 USD with potential bonus eligibility
