Studio Coordinator / Aesthetician – OVME Aesthetics Location: Bethesda, MD

Salary: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00

Key Responsibilities

Provides patients with laser, PRP, microneedling and other rejuvenative procedures providing the highest level of patient comfort, studio experience, and results satisfaction

Respects OVME culture, and abides by OVME Culture Guide

Maintains an expert level of knowledge across the suite of OVME products and services

Maintains all licenses and services-mandated training, as well as OVME proscribed training

Maintains detailed records within the company’s patient management system with regard to patient procedures, outcomes and other required medical input

In coordination with the Patient Care Coordinator, ensures that procedure rooms are maintained in a healthy and clean manner and conform to the OVME standards of sterility and use

Proactively and within the context of individual patient needs, cross-sells other company products and services on a consultative basis

Always presents as a consummate professional to patients and other team members

Maintains all equipment, supplies and other procedural equipment to OVME standards

Errs on the side of caution with regard to any outside or patient specific variable that could impact procedure safety, patient comfort, or results

Reports to Studio Medical Director and Studio Manager

Welcome and greet clients in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and efficiently.

Manage and coordinate the appointment booking system, ensuring accurate scheduling, and optimizing the use of Studio resources.

Collect client information, update medical history forms, and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of client records.

Process client payments, verify insurance information if applicable, and provide receipts or invoices as required.

Manage inventory of office and administrative supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.

Education & Experience Requirements

Licensed Aesthetician

Minimum 2-5 years concentrated experience in medical aesthetics, laser treatments, and all other premium aesthetic services is preferred.

Medical CRM/ZENOTI experience a plus

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented collaborative team environment.

Social media management experience.

Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to work well independently, in a team environment, and with remote employees.

Strong sense of ownership and urgency.

Extremely detail oriented.
