About Auxilius Auxilius is a fast-growing Series A SaaS company helping biotech and pharmaceutical companies gain control and visibility over clinical trial budgets. Clinical trials are complex, costly, and often managed on spreadsheets that lack transparency. Our platform replaces manual processes with integrated budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tools, helping teams make smarter decisions and accelerate critical research.

About the Role The Senior Field Marketing Manager will lead Auxilius’s B2B field marketing engine, including flagship conferences, monthly webinar series, and regional field events.

This role combines strategy, creativity, and flawless execution. As a senior individual contributor role, you’ll design experiences that elevate our brand, deepen community, and drive measurable pipeline. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to ensure every program is impactful, scalable, and aligned with our go-to-market goals.

Key Responsibilities Virtual + In-Person Event Ownership

Partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing Ops to align event strategy with pipeline targets, territory plans, and partner initiatives

Lead and execute Auxilius’s flagship conferences (BioBoston, BioSD, BioSF) in partnership with co-marketing collaborators, overseeing logistics, partner coordination, and content planning. These each saw over 100 attendees each last year!

Coordinate event content with internal experts and external speakers to finalize agendas, talking points, prep materials, and run-of-show documents

Coordinate post-event follow-up and measurement

Plan and support local field events and intimate dinners across the country in partnership with the Sales team

Own the monthly webinar series end-to-end: develop topics, coordinate internal SMEs and external speakers, build promotional assets, and manage full-channel promotion (email, LinkedIn, paid, sales outreach)

Manage all event and webinar technology, including platforms, registration systems, analytics tools, and reporting dashboards

Capture and repurpose content from events to build brand awareness and trust

Own Other Pipeline Generating Program

Collaborate with marketing and sales to devise, plan, and execute strategies and capture content to drive new business pipeline

Ensure all content aligns with audience needs, brand messaging, and pipeline generation goals

Measurement & Optimization

Develop a strategy to measure, analyze, and report on event performance, including attendance, engagement, conversion, and pipeline influenceTrack tactic-level performance and use insights to optimize future event strategy and prioritize high-impact activities

Identify and execute additional pipeline-building strategies and tactics beyond the core event calendar

Qualifications

5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or tech, with a focus field marketing, demand gen, or events/webinars

Proven track record of owning programs end-to-end and driving measurable pipeline impact

Experience across email, LinkedIn (paid + organic), and other channels

Experience working as team of one or in small teams

Strong familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and webinar tools (e.g., HubSpot, Contrast.io)

Comfortable learning new tools and iterating quickly

Willingness to learn common content repurposing techniques and tools

Bonus

Experience marketing to accounting and finance teams

Experience in content editing and repurposing and using the latest tools

Work Environment Requirements We’re a remote-first company, so you’ll mostly work from your home office. We’re hoping to find someone based in the Boston area due to customer density. This role would require travel around 1 time per quarter.
