We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join Block’s Design team. You will shape the people strategy and organizational effectiveness for a world‑class design organization, collaborating with leaders across product design, creative, content design, design operations, and research functions. Your expertise in organizational design, talent management, and leadership development will influence outcomes, create impactful employee experiences, and support an evolving team. You Will

Partner with senior leaders and mid‑level managers to develop and implement HR policies and practices that support the strategic growth of the business. Provide strategic HR expertise in compensation, performance management, employee relations, coaching, and organizational design. Develop people strategies and diagnostic approaches to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. Lead core HR processes such as performance calibrations, compensation cycles, and promotions. Analyze and interpret employee reports to guide decision‑making and offer proactive solutions. Build and implement programs in performance management, promotions, career development, mobility, and training. You Have

6+ years in an HR Business Partner role and 8+ years of relevant experience. Experience building and improving company culture and employee engagement. Coaching, facilitation skills, and the ability to influence colleagues at all levels. Knowledge of HR programs, practices, and applicable federal and state employment laws. Experience supporting business leaders on multi‑year people initiatives or projects. Equal Opportunity Statement
