About The Position This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role for a marketing professional who thrives on building brands from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for launching our company into new states, building awareness, supporting new office openings, and creating on-the-ground engagement through both digital and grassroots marketing.
Location:
Flexible within AZ, IL, TX, CA (must travel up to 40%)
Salary:
$100,000–$130,000 + bonus potential
Responsibilities
Plan and manage pre-launch and post-launch marketing for new state entries.
Create localized campaigns that connect with Hispanic and working-class audiences.
Coordinate closely with office managers to run hyper-local, budget-friendly activations.
Work with the creative and media teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
Track ROI on digital and offline efforts to guide budget allocation.
Requirements
4–6 years of marketing experience in multi-location retail, franchise, or insurance industries.
Expertise in digital media, local SEO, and community marketing.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Willingness to travel frequently and engage directly with customers and field staff.
Spanish fluency a plus.
