Job Description As a Regional Marketing Specialist, you will support the execution and adaptation of marketing strategies for the Americas. You will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and international marketing teams to drive brand engagement and lead generation through campaign planning, execution, performance tracking, and event coordination.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and Execute Regional Campaigns:
Plan and execute multi‑channel regional marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, content, and events) aligned with local market needs.
Event and Administrative Support:
Assist in planning localized events, manage logistics, and provide general administrative support to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Support Execution of Regional Marketing Strategy:
Work with the Regional Marketing Manager to implement tailored demand generation and field marketing initiatives that align with company objectives.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
Partner with sales, product marketing, and customer success teams to support marketing activities, contribute to campaign development, and maintain consistent messaging.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Track and report on key performance metrics, compiling insights to optimize future campaigns and resource allocation.
Qualifications
You have +1 year of experience in demand generation, marketing, or a similar role.
You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
You possess strong communication and organizational skills.
You are assiduous, results‑oriented, and able to adapt to change.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and can work independently.
Experience with design software, marketing automation tools, CMS, or CRM systems is a plus.
Interview Process
30‑minute screening call with Talent Acquisition.
45‑60 minute call with the Regional Marketing Manager.
45‑60 minute call with the Director of Integrated Demand.
