About Upstack Data
Upstack Data is a bootstrapped, profitable SaaS company providing customer identity resolution and marketing attribution services for e-commerce businesses. We help marketing teams connect ad spend to customer behavior across platforms.
We're a lean, focused team building tools that e-commerce marketers actually want to use. No bureaucracy, no endless meetings, just talented people solving real problems for real customers.
The Role
We're looking for a Senior Web Designer who can own the visual identity and user experience across both our marketing site (Webflow + Untitled UI) and analytics dashboard (React + shadcn). You'll be the design voice of the company, translating complex attribution data into intuitive, beautiful interfaces that convert visitors and help marketers make better decisions.
This isn't a role where you hand off Figma files and hope for the best. You'll work directly with our engineering team to implement designs, iterate based on user feedback, and continuously improve both our marketing presence and analytics product.
Qualifications Must Have:
5+ years of professional web design experience, including at least 2 years designing for SaaS products
Expert-level proficiency in Figma with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work
Proven experience designing analytics dashboards, data visualizations, or BI tools (this is critical)
Deep experience with Untitled UI design system (you know how to use, customize, and extend it for Webflow)
Proven experience designing for Webflow (you understand its capabilities and constraints)
Strong understanding of Untitled UI components for marketing website
Strong understanding of React component-based design and experience designing for shadcn/ui or similar component libraries (Radix UI, Headless UI, etc.)
Portfolio showing dashboard design work with charts, tables, filters, and complex data displays
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Self-directed work style—you can own projects from concept to completion with minimal oversight
Nice to Have:
Experience designing for e-commerce or marketing technology products
Familiarity with marketing attribution concepts, conversion tracking, or analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
Experience with data visualization libraries (Tremor, Recharts, Chart.js, D3.js)
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge to collaborate effectively with developers
Experience with conversion rate optimization and growth design
Experience designing with Tailwind CSS principles in mind
What You’ll Do Marketing Site (Webflow + Untitled UI)
Design and iterate on our Webflow marketing website to improve conversion rates and communicate our value proposition clearly
Leverage Untitled UI components to maintain design consistency and speed up implementation
Create landing pages for campaigns, product launches, and feature releases
Develop a cohesive visual brand system that works seamlessly between Webflow and our analytics dashboard
Design email templates, social assets, and other marketing collateral as needed
Design intuitive interfaces for complex marketing attribution data and multi-touch attribution models
Create data visualizations that make analytics insights immediately actionable for e-commerce marketers
Design dashboards that handle large datasets (billions of clickstream events) with clarity and performance
Work with shadcn components to create consistent, accessible UI patterns for charts, tables, filters, and reports
Design customer journey visualizations, conversion funnel views, and ROI reporting interfaces
Create onboarding flows that help new users understand attribution concepts quickly
Design empty states, loading states, and error handling for data-heavy interfaces
Work directly with the CEO and engineering team to prioritize design work based on business impact
Participate in user research and customer calls to understand pain points and validate design decisions
Provide design specs and support to developers during implementation
Contribute to product strategy discussions with design perspective
Bridge the visual language between our Webflow marketing site and React analytics dashboard
