About the Role The Partner Marketing Manager is a strategic leader who will bridge our clients' go‑to‑market (GTM) priorities with partner‑led initiatives—especially with key OEM accounts. The PMM will align marketing strategy, manage budgets, and drive measurable impact across campaigns and product launches.
Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment:
Define marketing priorities and strategy to support the client’s product and sales goals in collaboration with key partners.
Partner + Client "Better Together" Narrative:
Collaborate with marketing and sales to articulate the unique value that Partner + Client bring across data center and AI products, informing launch, marketing, and sales enablement.
Campaign Execution:
Lead execution of global GTM programs and regional marketing initiatives, including sales training, demand generation, and product launches.
Budget Stewardship:
Manage MDF (Marketing Development Funds) and CCF (Contra Co‑Marketing Funds) in partnership with the client’s Global Partner Marketing (GPM) team.
Partner Engagement:
Work closely with partner marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and integration of messaging across platforms.
New Product Introduction and Launch:
Drive launch activations and sell‑in strategies for new Intel products across partner platforms.
Qualifications
Deep knowledge of high‑tech and data center technologies, including laptops, OEM servers, and AI technologies.
Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Self‑motivated and reliable.
Experience in partner marketing, product strategy, and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with partner (OEM, ISV, VAR, etc.) GTM models and co‑selling frameworks.
Deep understanding of Intel’s platform priorities and messaging frameworks.
Bonus Points
Minimum 8+ years of marketing planning or product strategy experience.
Extensive experience in marketing design, especially web experiences and digital touchpoints including CRM, media, and content strategy.
Experience leading strategy and/or marketing programs in a complex business and enterprise marketing environment.
Strategic planning skills: strong strategic thinker, good researcher, and shepherd of strategic ideas in design and client review processes.
Subject matter expertise in digital strategy and integrated marketing, with proficiency in designing data‑driven multichannel relationship marketing strategies utilizing web, mobile, social, email, and traditional marketing channels.
Experience building out assets for client workshops and business development.
Familiarity with how business goals influence digital KPIs.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced dynamic environment with limited guidance.
Compensation Annual Salary Range varies by location:
California: $94,400 to $266,300
Cleveland: $87,400 to $213,000
Colorado: $94,400 to $230,000
District of Columbia: $100,500 to $245,000
Illinois: $87,400 to $230,000
Maryland: $94,400 to $230,000
Massachusetts: $94,400 to $245,000
Minnesota: $94,400 to $230,000
New York/New Jersey: $87,400 to $266,300
Washington: $100,500 to $245,000
