Digital Broadcast Specialist

We are seeking a full‑time Digital Broadcast Specialist to plan, organize, and execute virtual events by managing logistics, coordinating with speakers, and assisting attendees. This position requires an organized, self‑driven individual with strong customer service, problem‑solving, and technology skills. Responsibilities
Broadcast management and support: coordinate all parts of webinar or virtual event broadcasts and practices
Landing page development: coordinate with clients and internal contacts to build and maintain webinar landing pages and back‑end connections
Tech support: assist with technology/connection‑related questions and act as the first line of troubleshooting for broadcasts
Customer success: communicate effectively to establish rapport with customers and partners
Reporting: monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics to key stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
1–3 years’ experience in tech support, marketing, project management, or other related fields
Skillful project manager, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable with on‑camera hosting and presentation (or willing to learn)
Strong problem‑solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
Proficiency in Adobe Premier
Beneficial Skills & Experience Experience with or interest in learning the following:
Webinar Management platforms such as BigMarker, StreamYard
AP Style
Zapier or related platforms
Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premier and Photoshop), Canva, or related platforms
HTML/Markup language
Content management systems (CMS)
Email management software such as Omeda, Saleshandy, or MailChimp
Data analysis: using Google Analytics, Google Ads, AdRoll, or related platforms
