Chick-fil-A’s Content Design & Production (CD+P) team is a lean collective of creatives, designers, and publishers supporting a wide range of content development needs from across the business, specializing in training as well as internal communications and event collateral for Staff, Operators, and Team Members. We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Lead specializing in motion graphics who is artistic, hands‑on, highly collaborative, and passionate about every aspect of the creative process from concept to completion.
Working closely with the Principal Creative Lead, design team, and content producers the Senior Design Lead serves a broad range of internal partners through the creation of world‑class design assets and high‑end animations that engage audiences and elevate Chick‑fil‑A’s branded learning experiences and events. Senior Design Lead
will steward the Chick‑fil‑A brand ensuring all art, illustration, iconography, and other design elements are in alignment with brand and visual identity standards.

The Work:
Creative Design
Concept, create, and develop design assets and motion graphics for internal learning initiatives, events, and communications
Work with the principal creative lead, learning designers, and internal stakeholders to understand visual design goals and develop innovative, effective creative solutions
Steward the Chick‑fil‑A brand ensuring all art, illustration, iconography, and other design elements are in alignment with brand and visual identity standards
Develop and present visual design concepts, visual treatments, and prototypes
Content Creation
Concept, develop, and create high‑quality design elements, motion graphics, animations, and multimedia content
Develop and execute multimedia strategies, ideas, and concepts for various projects
Conceptualize content ideas, participate in creative brainstorms, develop storyboards, and implement creative strategies
Prototype design solutions using AI tools to streamline production and accelerate ideation
Ensure content meets target audience objectives and aligns with Chick‑fil‑A brand and visual identity guidelines
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices
Project Management
Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial concept to final delivery
Develop and manage project timelines, scheduling, budgets, and client communication
Under the guidance of the Creative Lead, manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Align with client and communicate effectively with key stakeholders
Be self‑directed, organized and a master at managing multiple projects at once
Manage external agencies and production partners, including onboard, SOWs and key deliverables
Track expenses and ensure projects stay within budget
Finish, encode, and deliver final files according to desired specs and platform
Ensure final product meets client expectations, quality standards, and aligns with brand guidelines
Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal creative teams
Comfortable presenting concepts, wireframes and incorporating stakeholder feedback/ direction into actionable solutions
Adept at receiving constructive feedback, defending ideas where appropriate, and implementing solutions
Work closely with creative specialists (writers, editors, and designers) to ensure seamless execution of projects
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Art, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience
5 years working with a creative team as a design specialist
Relevant experience in design, animation, motion graphics or a related field
Design portfolio showcasing range of projects and platforms
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
Proficiency in Figma, MS PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides
Strong knowledge of AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL‑E, Gemini, Runway, etc.
Working knowledge of AI video creation tools such as Synthesia, Veo 3, Sora, Vyond, etc.
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
Fluency in visual design principles, visual storytelling and creative visualization.
Current industry knowledge and understanding of design processes, platforms, and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in design, art, marketing, communications
Experience in various video editing platforms (e.g., Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Lightworks)
Visual storyteller and creative thinker with keen eye for detail and a passion for good design
Ability to conceptualize and execute compelling design solutions that align with project goals and brand standards
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills
Self‑starter who exhibits a strong work ethic, reliability, and dependability
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback from multiple stakeholders and implement solutions
Desire to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to pitch new concepts to the Creative Lead, internal stakeholders, and the production team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside diverse teams
Drive to explore new technologies, AI, and industry best practices
Knowledge of, or experience with, QSR or franchise industry
Minimum Years of Experience: 6
