Pay Rate: $20.00 an hour
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate, set up, and execute exciting promotions and special events.
Collaborate with operational departments to develop promotional programs and special events, ensuring effective advertising support.
Engage with guests and staff during promotions, giveaways, and events.
Monitor and report on winner outcomes, prize distribution, and guest attendance.
Organize and manage inventory in marketing storage areas.
Assist vendors with sponsorships, partnerships, and promotional activities.
Transport event personnel to off-site locations when necessary.
KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Required Knowledge and Certification:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
Preferred Knowledge and Certification:
1 year of marketing experience.
Required Skills:
Detail-oriented and accurate.
Highly organized with adaptability to changing priorities.
Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving capabilities.
Required Abilities:
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to adhere to established dress code policies and maintain personal hygiene.
Professional and courteous interaction with guests, coworkers, and management.
Capable of independently managing multiple tasks effectively.
Skilled in serving both internal and external customers.

Comfortable speaking clearly and pleasantly in front of large crowds using a public address system.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to walk and/or stand for up to 8 hours at a time.
Good balance and ability to bend and kneel.
Occasional reaching and twisting movements required.
Ability to push, pull, and grasp objects as needed.
Must be able to climb an 8-foot ladder.
Ability to routinely lift 25+ pounds independently.
Capability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions.
Good hand-eye coordination.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed on the gaming floor, which entails flashing lights, loud noises, and cigarette smoke, as well as outdoor guest events.
Must be willing to work in cramped, tight spaces.
Flexible schedule required, including all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
May occasionally interact with challenging or hostile individuals.
High volume of direct public contact expected.
