Join PEMCCO as a Technical Writer/Documentation Specialist, where you'll develop, edit, and manage technical materials that meet strict accuracy, consistency, and compliance requirements. In this role, you'll ensure all controlled information aligns with DoD and DIA standards while supporting teams with well-structured, reliable documentation.

Essential Functions
Author and update technical manuals, plans, and SOPs. Maintain document control and version tracking. Format and assemble deliverables for submission to DIA. Collaborate with SMEs to ensure accuracy and clarity. Ensure compliance with CUI and classification marking guidance. Maintain documentation templates and style guides. Track deliverables and publication schedules. Competencies
Excellent technical writing, editing, and layout skills. Familiarity with DoD documentation standards. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's in English, Technical Communication, or IT. Five (5)+ years of technical writing experience. Active Secret clearance or higher. Preferred Qualifications
DoD 8140 familiarity. Experience with MS Word automation/VBA. Benefits

Compensation • $70 - $120 hourly, depending on experience, ability, and capability.
