Associate Director, Marketing – Patient (BridgeBio)
The Associate Director, Marketing – Patient will lead the development and commercialization of key assets for BridgeBio’s pipeline, driving cross‑functional collaboration and tactical alignment to ensure success in the U.S. market. This role is a key member of product teams and works closely with Market Insights, Market Access, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated commercial planning and execution.
Base Pay Range : $179,830.00/yr – $265,430.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as a commercial member on Product Teams, embedding market needs into cross‑functional planning.
- Drive innovative tactics and address untapped opportunities.
- Lead patient brand planning, messaging, and claims work.
- Support patient and caregiver engagement for patient ambassador programming.
- Uncover and address unmet needs through insights to refine launch planning and execution.
- Lead cross‑functional team to develop/launch patient marketing campaigns that inspire behavioral change and drive brand growth.
- Develop and track metrics to measure the success of marketing/promotional programs.
- Coordinate with digital marketing to build an effective customer engagement ecosystem.
- Partner with Value and Access to develop programming supporting patient access and adherence.
- Advocate for commercial insights from regional teams and patient advocates.
- Work cross‑functionally with agency partners, sales, commercial operations, brand analytics, IT, MCM, etc.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial biotech or pharmaceutical experience, with at least 3 years in Marketing.
- Successful launch experience in a competitive market is preferred.
- Rare disease experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and act on insights from complex clinical data and market research.
- Understanding of drug development process and opportunities for differentiation.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Passionate about serving patients with genetic diseases.
- Proven self‑starter, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle full workload across multiple projects.
- Collaborates seamlessly across functions to align strategy and execution.
- High level of self‑awareness and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Entrepreneurial spirit aligned with BridgeBio’s mission.
- Ability to travel (~20%) is required.
