What We’re Looking For
- Senior Designer (6–8 years of experience)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inArchitecture orInterior Design
- Residential experience in architecture or interior design firms
- Proficiency inAutoCAD ,InDesign ,Photoshop , andRhino and/orSketchUp
- Strong design sense, graphic ability, and organizational skills
- Positive, flexible, and collaborative attitude
- Must be based in theBay Area and able to commute to ourSan Francisco office 3 days per week
Senior Designer Responsibilities
- Lead multiple residential interior architecture projects from concept to completion
- Manage and mentor junior designers (2+ direct reports)
- Create detailed plans, elevations, and custom millwork drawings
- Oversee vendor and contractor coordination, budgets, and schedules
- Manage FF&E specification, procurement, and installation
- Prepare 2D/3D presentation materials
- Conduct site visits, field verification, and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Intermediate Designer Responsibilities
- Support all phases of design and documentation
- Prepare and coordinate interior drawing packages
- Develop detailed construction drawings with strong material knowledge
- Track project timelines and budgets
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and consultants
- Select finishes, fixtures, and furnishings
- Produce renderings, 3D sketches, and presentation materials
- Assist with procurement and site coordination
