Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute cross‑channel growth strategies to drive app and extension installs and engagement.

  • Lead experimentation and testing to optimize activation and retention.
  • Measure performance and translate insights into continuous growth improvements.
  • Explore emerging AI tools to scale experimentation and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate

  • 5–7 years in growth, lifecycle, or digital marketing within a consumer tech or eCommerce company.
  • Hands‑on experience with analytics, testing frameworks, and campaign optimization.
  • Collaborative, data‑driven, and comfortable building programs from 0–1 in a fast‑paced environment.
