Your Future Team
The Marketing team at Hightower delivers strategic guidance, executional support, and brand stewardship across advisor businesses. Reporting to the Director Hightower Signature Wealth, you will assist with the execution of marketing initiatives for advisor practices. You’ll collaborate closely with advisors and internal teams to implement marketing plans, manage content and campaigns, and ensure alignment with brand standards and business goals. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with an understanding of marketing principles and excellent communication skills who is eager to contribute to our company’s success. This role includes occasional travel to visit and support local marketing initiatives for advisors.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Support
- Support the Director of Field Marketing, executing the plans and content calendars for advisor practices
- Provide hands‑on support across digital and traditional marketing channels, including website, email, social media, events, client gifts, mailers, swag, webinar, podcast, and lead generation.
- Coordinate and provide on‑site support for events.
- Assist with marketing activities such as local SEO and growth programs.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, presentations, and branded materials.
- Set up and monitor all marketing emails, workflows, and sequences within the company’s marketing automation tool, HubSpot.
- Track performance metrics and compile reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Support marketing pipeline tracking initiatives, working with teams to ensure data hygiene.
- Assist with the marketing onboarding of new advisor practices.
- Serve as a point of contact for advisor teams, helping them execute marketing initiatives and navigate tools.
- Assist with proofreading, formatting, and publishing content across channels.
- Work with internal creative teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of assets.
Advisor Event Planning and Support
- Collaborate with theEvent Planning team to support events, including client/prospect in‑person events and webinars.
- Sets up event workflows, communications, and tracking.
Project Management
- Oversees the completion of marketing‑related requests from assigned advisor teams, utilizing Asana to track and measure success.
- Partner with the Director of Field Marketing and advisor practices to promote accountability for the execution of marketing programs, review outcomes, and optimize activities.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business administration or a relevant field
- 1+ years of proven experience in marketing and/or marketing operations
- Experience implementing digital and traditional marketing strategies that support business goals
- Working knowledge of common web analytics and measurement tools, including Google Analytics
- Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and core marketing technology solutions preferred (HubSpot experience a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including competence as a creative writer
- Organization and project management capabilities (Asana experience a plus)
- Ability to manage the work of creative teams, including designers and web content specialists
