About Pylon
Pylon is the AI-Native Support Platform for B2B companies. We consolidate ticketing, account management, knowledge base, AI agents, analytics, and chat into one product. Over 700 customers use Pylon to run their post‑sales motion. We're Series B, well‑funded, and growing pipeline 15% MoM.
We're looking for a Head of Marketing who can own our growth engine end-to-end - driving demand, shaping pipeline, and building a function that scales. This is a hands‑on role : you'll experiment, execute, and build the team around what works.
What You’ll Do
- Own pipeline generation as the #1 marketing KPI
- Design and run multi‑channel demand programs (LinkedIn / Google ads, events, content, outbound, etc.)
- Build and scale campaigns that convert top‑of‑funnel awareness into opportunities
- Partner with Sales to set clear lead → pipeline → revenue targets and deliver against them
- Define and track marketing ROI across channels, doubling down on what worksOversee brand, launches, and messaging with a growth lens (every activity should tie back to pipeline)
- Hire, coach, and scale the marketing team (growth, product marketing, content, design)
What You’ve Done
- 6+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with direct ownership of pipeline goals
- Proven track record running multi‑channel demand gen (paid, organic, events, partnerships)
- Built or scaled a marketing team at a fast‑growing startup (Series A‑C preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset - comfortable with Salesforce, attribution, funnel reporting
- Hands‑on : able to execute campaigns directly, not just manage vendors
- Excellent storytelling and positioning skills; know how to craft simple, clear narratives that convert
