Program Manager, Marketing

BridgeBio is seeking a Program Manager, Marketing to support the overall marketing department, manage projects, and coordinate initiatives across multiple disease areas.

Base Pay Range

$130,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr

Location

On-site at our San Francisco, CA office.

Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing department in managing assigned products, including developing promotional and campaign materials, ad copy, ads, product brochures, sales aids, multimedia materials, and technical articles.
  • Support marketing project approvals with the promotional review committee (PRC) in the Veeva Vault PromoMats system.
  • Analyze and track marketing programs, reporting performance and effectiveness.
  • Identify and propose internal and external ideas and initiatives to promote general awareness of the company brand.
  • Manage and triage field sales force requests on specific existing marketing programs and new ideas for consideration.
  • Support planning for sales and marketing meetings.
  • As needed, support all marketing materials development as well as marketing programs.
  • Handle speaker agreements and the HCP contracting process for the department.
  • Interact with and oversee the work of outside vendors on designated projects.

Qualifications

  • Education: BA/BS required.
  • Marketing experience in the pharmaceutical/medical field or consumer packaged goods preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytic skills.
  • Strong organizational management.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully coordinating the efforts and results of multiple functional areas.
  • Ability to communicate the business's vision, direction, and market realities to internal and external audiences.
  • Self-starter and motivated.
