Join to apply for the Interior Designer role at Business of Home Job Summary Studio B Architecture + Interiors is looking for an experienced Interior Designer with 5+ years of professional experience to collaborate on residential architecture and interior design projects in Aspen. This full‑time position offers a salary range of $50–100 k. Responsibilities Serve as the key design lead for interior projects, including client interviews, concept development, and material selection. Create and manage construction documents, build details and specifications while ensuring code compliance. Develop project timelines, budgets, cost estimates, and coordinate with contractors, consultants and vendors. Prepare client presentations and meetings, and oversee installation and quality control. Lead and mentor junior staff, assist principals, and manage up to three projects simultaneously. Apply design software such as Studio Designer, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Sketch‑up, Lumion, Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office. Contribute to the Studio B ethos by exploring emerging materials, fabrics and furnishings. Qualifications 5–10 years of professional interior design experience. Proven record of high‑quality work and strong design sensibility. Excellent verbal, written, graphic, communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of building codes and construction documentation. Strong organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities. Experience mentoring junior staff and working in teams. Desire to pursue interior design licensing or affiliation with ASID, IIDA. Sense of humor.
