The Opportunity We’re looking for a Manager of Casting & Creator Partnerships who can source, evaluate, and secure exceptional talent at speed — someone who has deep relationships across influencers, content creators, and real people, with an instinct for matching talent to creative vision. You’ll own the entire casting process: from receiving talent requests to sourcing, running auditions, negotiating deals, and managing relationships directly. This role is perfect for someone with their finger on the pulse of digital talent, who moves decisively, leverages AI, and delivers great casting fast.
