Now we’re looking for a Set Designer who can turn imaginative concepts into production‑ready environments that elevate every shoot. Why This Role Matters Our sets are the heart of our storytelling. They shape the look, feel, and emotional connection of every frame. As Set Designer, you will concept, style, and bring to life the environments that power our high‑volume production machine. You’ll blend creativity with practicality—building sets that are beautiful, scalable, and engineered for speed. What You’ll Do Lead Set Design & Concepting Create original set concepts for lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and product shoots. Translate creative briefs into fully realized visual environments. Deliver mood boards, sketches, prop lists, and layout plans. Build & Style Production‑Ready Sets Design layouts optimized for lighting, camera movement, and storytelling. Source furniture, décor, props, and materials within brand and budget guidelines. Style sets on shoot days, adjusting details to enhance composition and performance. Collaborate with Creative & Production Teams Work closely with directors, videographers, stylists, and producers to understand creative goals. Support high‑volume shooting days with on‑the‑fly design adjustments. Communicate timelines, needs, and requirements clearly across teams. Oversee Set Maintenance & Inventory Maintain an organized inventory of props, décor, and set materials. Ensure sets are reset, cleaned, and replenished for continuous production flow. Track prop usage and manage purchasing within allocated budgets. Innovate & Scale Set Capabilities Develop modular set systems that support rapid setup and teardown. Introduce new design trends, materials, and techniques that elevate production quality. Improve workflows for a studio that shoots at extreme scale. Who You Are Creative & Aesthetic Visionary 3–6 years of experience in set design, production design, interior styling, or art direction. Strong portfolio showcasing diverse set builds and styling work. Detailed eye for color, composition, texture, and storytelling. Hands‑On & Resourceful Comfortable building, installing, and staging sets. Ability to source or fabricate custom props and set pieces quickly. Excellent problem‑solving when shoots shift or creative evolves. Fast, Adaptive & Detail‑Oriented Thrive in high‑speed production environments. Able to manage multiple sets, shoots, and requests simultaneously. Organized and unbothered by tight deadlines. Collaborative Communicator Strong communicator who can work with cross‑functional creative teams. Fluent in balancing creative vision with production realities.
