We are looking for a talented and experienced User Experience Designer who is passionate about crafting user-centered digital experiences for both web and mobile platforms. In this vital role, you will collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to deliver innovative and impactful designs that enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research and Analysis:
• Conduct insightful user research through interviews, surveys, usability tests, and data analysis.
• Analyze user feedback and behavior to uncover needs, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and flows to inform your design decisions.
• Design and Prototyping:
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile using Figma.
• Design user interfaces that follow best practices for usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Utilize design systems to maintain consistency across products.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to align on goals and ensure design feasibility.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Present and advocate for your design concepts to stakeholders including product owners, developers, and management.
• Serve as a liaison between design, development, and business teams to ensure clarity throughout the design process.
• Facilitate design review sessions to gather feedback and refine your designs.
• Business Requirements and Design Validation:
• Work closely with Product Owners to understand business requirements and craft intuitive user experiences.
• Ensure your designs align with business goals while keeping the user at the forefront.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate designs and support successful implementation.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay current with the latest trends in UX/UI design, tools, and best practices.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics to enhance user experiences.
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system for scalability and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Education and Experience:
• Degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally encompassing the full product design lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience crafting designs for web and mobile platforms.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your best UX/UI design work, including design systems and complex interfaces.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Solid understanding of design systems and their application for cohesive and scalable designs.
• Experience partnering with Product Owners to translate business requirements into design solutions.
• Familiarity with user-centered design principles, usability testing, and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Interpersonal Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Proactive approach and strong problem-solving capability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience implementing design systems in a scalable environment.
