Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform AV installations including pulling wire, terminating cables, installing speakers, and mounting shades, along with troubleshooting, and quality control
- Ensure all installations meet the highest standards, with a focus on clean, meticulous work
- Mentor 2nd seaters and junior technicians, setting an example of professional conduct and craftsmanship
- Travel to various job sites as required
- Communicate with project manager

- Effectively communicate with colleagues and other trades on job sites
- Ability to work and think independently to meet project deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay composed in high‑pressure situations
- Willingness to learn and improve on your skills
- Ability to use hand tools
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as an AV Technician is required
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
- Formal education in electronics or related field is a plus, but not required
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean motor vehicle record
- Control 4 and Lutron is preferred
Physical Demands
- Physical requirements include standing, sitting, walking, bending, climbing, reaching, and lifting up to 50lbs
Compensation
- Potential 20% Increase in existing pay with the right experience
- Bonus Eligible
