Their mission is to elevate the standard for modern living by combining resort-level amenities, strong community engagement, and lasting value.

Our client is seeking an accomplished Community Manager from the hospitality or luxury resort industry to oversee the daily operations, resident experience, and model home sales at their premiere community. This role blends the art of hospitality with operational excellence—creating a seamless 5‑star guest and resident experience, driving community growth, and maintaining an impeccably managed property that reflects the natural beauty and sophistication of the Hill Country.

Your Role as Community Manager

  • Lead all aspects of community hospitality, ensuring every stay and interaction meets a luxury resort standard.
  • Oversee and refine the Airbnb guest experience to maintain consistent 5‑star ratings and reviews.
  • Foster a welcoming environment through curated events, personalized service, and community connection.
  • Serve as the ambassador of the brand, delivering warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Execute Operational Excellence

  • Manage daily property operations with a focus on cleanliness, presentation, and preventive maintenance.
  • Oversee service partners, maintenance staff, and housekeeping to maintain premium standards.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure all amenities meet hospitality-level expectations.
  • Implement process improvements that increase guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Drive Community Growth & Sales

  • Promote and manage park model home sales and long‑term site leasing.
  • Cultivate partnerships with realtors, local businesses, and travel influencers to drive awareness and demand.
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing to attract new guests, residents, and investors.
  • Maintain detailed sales and occupancy reporting.
  • Manage community budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts.
  • Maintain records of residents, bookings, and sales activity.
  • Provide regular reports to the corporate team on operations, financials, and community metrics.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven background in luxury hospitality, resort operations, or boutique property management.
  • Experience managing high‑touch guest services, property maintenance, and team leadership.
  • A polished, service‑oriented professional who thrives on creating exceptional experiences.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to manage budgets and achieve revenue goals.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable managing both hospitality and sales components.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7-10 years in hotel, resort, or high‑end property management.
  • Experience with Airbnb or short‑term rental management.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with property management systems and digital booking platforms.
  • Willingness to live on‑site or nearby.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting, cleaning, and equipment handling.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Opportunity to lead a high‑end, design‑forward tiny home community in the scenic Hill Country.
  • Autonomy to shape the guest experience and community culture.
  • Work with a visionary team at the forefront of modern, sustainable living.
  • Competitive salary plus commission.
  • Housing assistance for on‑site living, if desired.
  • Salary Range - $100K - $130K plus commission.
