Printing Partners is hiring a Graphic Designer for our on-site Art Department in Indianapolis. This is not a marketing agency role. Our clients expect fast turnarounds, and you must design to the quoted price and deadline—often in hours, not weeks. If you work best with unlimited brainstorm time, this is not the job for you. We need a designer who can combine creativity with production discipline. You’ll handle multiple print projects each day, from brochures to catalogs to signage, moving them from concept through press-ready files quickly and accurately.

Key Qualifications

• Adobe Creative Cloud Mastery: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat.
• Fast, Accurate Production: Deliver finished layouts that are client-ready the first time.
• Print Knowledge: File prep, color management, typography, and layout for offset and digital.
• Deadline Driven: Comfortable producing multiple completed projects per day.
• Professional Tools Only: We do not work in Canva.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce print materials on tight timelines.
• Balance speed with accuracy to meet both creative and technical standards.
• Collaborate with sales staff, clients, and prepress to keep jobs moving.
• Prep files for print, ensuring they’re error‑free and production‑ready.
