Junior Associate - Financial Communications and Public Relations

Location: New York City (Hybrid)

Profile Advisors ("Profile") is an independent, Prosek-affiliated, strategic communications consultancy serving clients across the global capital markets and financial services sectors. We work with a diverse clientele spanning public and private markets to build their brands and effectively manage their reputations.

Profile is seeking to hire a Junior Associate with 0-2 years of relevant work experience and a degree in Public Relations, Communications or a related discipline. The ideal applicant will have an interest in business, capital markets and financial sector communications.

• Helping to pitch reporters and interface with the press
• Producing social media content for clients’ Twitter/X, LinkedIn and other social accounts
• Preparing briefings, media lists and research reports
• Managing traditional and online media monitoring
• Drafting client‑facing materials (e.g., news releases, fact sheets, etc.)
• Assisting in the new business process, including contributing to proposals and potentially pitches
