Job Responsibilities

• Grow Studio Performance - ACHIEVE studio growth by generating leads, booking workouts and selling memberships to help people achieve their fitness goals. Simple and FUN!
• Coaching and Developing - Lead by example then EMPOWER your team by training them to grow their skills to achieve their daily, weekly and monthly performance goals.
• Operational Excellence - The Manager is fully responsible for location to ensure the studio opens/closes daily, is clean, stocked and follows all brand standards. INSPIRE people by modeling behaviors to ensure we deliver an exceptional Orangetheory experience!

Your Work Experience

• Minimum 1-3+ years of successfully leading teams to achieve business goals.
• Sell yourself, train others to sell and move the numbers of the business.
• Lead generation experience with community outreach, local events, B2B, etc.
• Worked in a high energy, fast paced environment and achieved results.
• Ability to take on new challenges and be open to growth and innovation.

Compensation: $60k-$75k/yr including base salary, commissions and bonuses.
